   This is my uncle. I spent many a weekend visiting my cousins. My uncle was always happy on those weekends. He loved the Yankees and my dad and my uncle and cousins would sit around the” black and white” TV and watch the games on channel 11. I always looked forward to going to Madison. My aunt and uncle were always kind. Uncle Mike never talked about the war during those moments on the weekends, Little did I know that he was involved in the war until years later. It was wonderful knowing him and was always a special treat visiting Madison. Thanks for the memories —- Dennis Nardone

   Thanks Dennis, I appreciate your comments about my Dad. He was special and I miss him everyday. He would never talk about the war, even though I pestered him with questions. I always enjoyed seeing you, as well as your Mom & Dad. So I say to you, thanks for the memories.
